Traditional Chinese Medicine, Victoria (ICTCM, Victoria) offers
a five-year Diploma for the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
ICTCM, Victoria students have the option of completing the five-year
Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Dr. TCM) Diploma in 3
and a half years (one academic year = 30 weeks). This is
done by studying year round with no summer break.
Curriculum
Our Dr. TCM curriculum is the same high quality as the program
taught in modern China and includes the study of Chinese Acupuncture,
Chinese Herbology, Diagnosis and Philosophy, Tui Na, Qi Gong and
Diet Therapy, Western Diagnosis and many other comprehensive courses.
Dr. TCM students have the option of completing their last semester
of study in China. The ICTCM, Victoria provides a student internship
in China for the benefit of our Doctor of TCM students.
The Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diploma consists of
a total of 3,270 hours of theoretical and clinical training in
five academic years. The Doctor of TCM requires an additional
255 classroom theory hours and an additional 400 hours of clinical
instruction beyond the requirements of the four-year Traditional

The Dr. TCM program qualifies graduates to take a licensing examination
to become a Registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine
